Rogers Update

Just to follow up with my horrible Rogers experience, when I went to the local Rogers location to return the modem, they said they didn't accept them at this location. This wasn't a kiosk in a mall but a dedicated location where I saw people replace PVR remotes in the past when paying a bill...Note to retailers....make it easy for us to do business with you.
